Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough testing and analysis of our products and services to ensure they meet quality standards and functionality requirements.
Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and report any issues or defects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and designers, to ensure product quality throughout the development process.
Identifying and reporting bugs, defects, and other issues using bug tracking tools and providing detailed descriptions and steps for replication.
Monitoring and tracking bug resolution progress and verifying the successful resolution of reported issues.
Conducting regression testing to ensure the stability and functionality of our products and services after updates and changes have been made.
Continuously improving and refining our quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for quality and a drive to continuously improve processes and products.
