Salary: $190000 - $240000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Services Specialist. As the IT Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and implementing new systems to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
• Provide technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems, upgrades, and enhancements
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data security and backup protocols are in place and functioning effectively
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses
• Stay informed of current technology trends and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Train and educate employees on proper use of technology and software applications
• Respond to after-hours IT emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT services, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software applications
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
