Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Training Lead to join our dynamic team and help us develop and implement effective training programs for our employees. As an IT Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering training sessions that will enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the IT department and various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees, covering a wide range of IT topics such as software applications, hardware, and systems.
• Collaborate with the IT department and other departments to identify training needs and develop training plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and hands-on exercises.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum retention and application of knowledge.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to continuously improve and update training materials.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional training or assistance.
• Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to develop specialized training programs as needed.
• Manage the training budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports to track the progress of employees and the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay informed about the company's policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training materials are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of various IT systems, applications, and hardware.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in learning management systems and other training tools.
• Certifications in training and instructional design are a plus.
