Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing a variety of multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, photos, animations, and graphics. You will work closely with our marketing, social media, and content teams to develop and execute multimedia strategies that align with our brand and goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of multimedia production, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Utilize industry-standard software and equipment to create engaging and impactful multimedia content.
• Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with company standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in multimedia production and apply them to projects.
• Manage and maintain a library of multimedia assets for future use.
• Work with external vendors and contractors as needed to support project needs.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on multimedia best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Experience with photography and photo editing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
