Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop design concepts that meet both functional and aesthetic criteria.
Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to inform design decisions.
Use a variety of design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, sketches, and prototypes.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced at scale.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new materials, technologies, and techniques into designs.
Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and values.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Designer, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including concept ideation, sketching, rendering, and prototyping.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, and SketchUp.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
