Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough credit evaluations by analyzing financial information, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
Evaluate loan applications and provide recommendations to the lending team based on your findings.
Develop and maintain credit risk models to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
Communicate with clients to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies in their financial data.
Prepare comprehensive credit reports and present them to the lending team and senior management.
Monitor the credit performance of existing borrowers and identify any potential risks.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and collections, to ensure a smooth credit process.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with lending standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of credit risk management principles.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
