Job Title: Clinical Researcher

Salary: $84 Per hour

Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Researcher to join our team. As a Clinical Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of clinical research studies, ensuring the safety and efficacy of new medical treatments and procedures. You will work closely with a team of scientists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to collect and analyze data, and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement clinical research studies in compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards
• Develop study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents
• Coordinate with study sites and investigators to ensure proper recruitment, enrollment, and retention of study participants
• Conduct site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and timely reporting of study data
• Collect, manage, and analyze study data using various software and statistical tools
• Create and maintain study budgets and timelines, and provide regular updates to project management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of research studies
• Prepare and submit study-related documents to regulatory agencies for approval and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to study staff and investigators on study protocols, data collection, and other study-related procedures
• Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and publications
• Participate in the development of new research proposals and protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, medicine, or public health
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH guidelines for clinical research
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in data management and statistical analysis software
• Willingness to travel to study sites as needed
