Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of company operations, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to collect, organize, and interpret data
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the performance of different operational areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Continuously monitor and evaluate processes and procedures to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives
Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and processes to support operational initiatives
Identify and forecast potential risks and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate them
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in process improvement and project management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
