Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that meet our company's needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Review and analyze supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide guidance and support in the procurement process.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new product offerings to inform procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
