Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and identify trends to support strategic decision making
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Monitor and maintain financial systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
