Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders
Coordinate and lead project meetings to discuss progress, identify challenges, and provide solutions
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and adhere to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards
Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members effectively
Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare project management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare project management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
PMP certification is a plus
