Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to join our team. As the E-Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive online courses for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and a passion for creating innovative and impactful online learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and activities for online courses
• Develop instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive e-learning courses
• Incorporate various learning strategies and technologies, such as gamification and simulations, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure course materials are accurate, error-free, and meet instructional design standards
• Manage the development and delivery of multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Stay updated with current trends and advancements in e-learning technologies and instructional design methodologies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning courses and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the learning experience
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning platforms and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to course content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development of e-learning courses
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
