Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs
Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for digital products and services
Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to the user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interaction design
Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process
Provide guidance and support to other team members on interaction design principles and techniques
Assist in the creation of user personas, user flows, and other design documentation
Ensure that all digital products and services are accessible and meet accessibility standards
Continuously gather and analyze user data to make data-driven design decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interaction design or a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your interaction design skills and projects
Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for creating user-centered and innovative digital experiences

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position located at our office headquarters. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
