Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $69 Per hour

Position Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the movement of goods and services for our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from the initial planning to the final delivery of products. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and services
• Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure efficient logistics operations
• Prepare and maintain all required shipping and customs documents
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and requirements
• Proactively identify potential logistics issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Analyze and report on logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customs officials
• Continuously monitor and evaluate logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
