Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition and comply with safety standards.
Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, providing them with guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle information, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and materials.
Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, including maintenance, safety regulations, and cost management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
