Job Description: As a Biotech Researcher at Lobox, you will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts. You will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments to develop, optimize, and validate new biotechnology products. Your work will involve a combination of laboratory experiments, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct experiments to develop new biotechnology products
• Optimize and validate experimental protocols to ensure accuracy and reproducibility
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and product developers
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in biotechnology research
• Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in a clear and concise manner
• Present research findings to internal teams and at scientific conferences
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations in the laboratory

Qualifications:

• PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in biotechnology research
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and laboratory equipment
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in biotechnology research
