Salary: $97 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum and instructional materials for various educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and effective assessment methods. This individual will work closely with our team of educators to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with educational standards and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop high-quality curriculum for various educational programs
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and learning objectives
• Create instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other resources to support the curriculum
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning and provide feedback for improvement
• Conduct trainings and workshops for educators on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration of curriculum across all educational programs
• Work closely with instructional designers, multimedia developers, and other team members to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Keep accurate records and documentation of curriculum development and implementation processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in curriculum design
• Experience with curriculum mapping and alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and instructional design software
• Experience with adult education and professional development is a plus
