Job Title: Teacher Trainer

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $69 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher Trainer to join our team. As a Teacher Trainer, you will play a key role in providing professional development and support to our team of educators. You will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that will enhance our teachers' skills and pedagogical strategies. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement professional development programs for our team of teachers
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions
• Collaborate with school administrators to align training programs with school goals and objectives
• Develop training materials, resources, and guidelines that are aligned with best practices and current educational trends
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that promote active learning and knowledge retention
• Provide individual coaching and mentoring to teachers to address specific needs and challenges
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools
• Keep up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and practices in education to continuously improve training programs
• Collaborate with other Teacher Trainers and educational experts to share knowledge and best practices
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities to stay informed on school policies, procedures, and curriculum changes
• Travel to different school locations to deliver training and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teacher Trainer or in a similar role
• Teaching experience in K-12 education is highly preferred
• Excellent understanding of current educational trends, pedagogy, and best practices
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate with teachers and administrators
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
