Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's complex systems. As the Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of our technology strategy, ensuring that our systems are efficient, secure, and scalable to meet the growing demands of our business. This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement complex systems and applications that support our business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain system architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and functionality.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Review and approve system changes to ensure alignment with established architecture guidelines.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tests to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and coding languages.
• Proven experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols, security standards, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
