Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions that meet business requirements and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and provide technical expertise in developing AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance our AI capabilities.
• Develop algorithms and predictive models to analyze large datasets and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Build, train, and test AI models and continuously improve their performance.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to develop natural language processing (NLP) models for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational interfaces.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability for AI models.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with security and privacy measures and ensure compliance while developing AI solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI solutions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with NLP and chatbot development is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
