Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation processes for our IT infrastructure, including server and network provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, ensuring they are running smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
Work closely with the IT security team to ensure all automation processes comply with company policies and standards.
Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise and guidance on automation best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation tools and technologies, making recommendations for their implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure automation.
Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware and AWS.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
