Salary: $171000 - $208000

Position Summary: As an AI Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbots that utilize artificial intelligence and natural language processing to interact with users. You will work closely with a team of developers, designers, and project managers to create chatbots that provide a seamless and personalized user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of AI and machine learning techniques, as well as a passion for creating innovative and intelligent chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chatbots using AI and natural language processing technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective chatbot solutions
• Use machine learning techniques to continuously improve chatbot performance and accuracy
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies
• Test and troubleshoot chatbots to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements
• Implement security measures to protect chatbot data and user privacy
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing chatbots
• Document all chatbot development processes and procedures
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot interface

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI development, preferably in chatbot development
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with chatbot development platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or IBM Watson
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud computing and deployment is a plus
