Position: API Integration Developer
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $100 Per hour
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced API Integration Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As an API Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining API integrations between our internal systems and external third-party platforms. You will work closely with our product and development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement API integrations to connect our internal systems with external third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for API integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all API integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API integrations.
- Continuously monitor and test API integrations to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in API integration development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline API integration processes and increase efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in API integration development.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with API management tools such as Apigee or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with web services and API security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
