Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for Lobox in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Monitor and assess the company's compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards, and identify areas for improvement

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into the development, deployment, and maintenance of all systems and applications

Continuously monitor and evaluate the company's security posture, and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of security compliance

Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential risks

Participate in incident response activities, including investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions

Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security and compliance within the company

Act as a subject matter expert on security compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, compliance, or a related field

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.

Experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.

Strong understanding of network security, systems and application security, encryption, and authentication technologies

Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners, etc.

Experience with cloud security and compliance is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to security challenges

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. are highly desirable
