Job Overview: As a Knowledge Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's knowledge management systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement knowledge management systems and tools that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify system needs, and develop solutions that optimize our knowledge management processes.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in knowledge management systems and technologies to ensure our systems are cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise in our knowledge systems, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless integration of knowledge systems with existing company systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure efficient and effective use of our knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure our knowledge systems are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management systems, data systems, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with knowledge management concepts, processes, and technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
