Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and support of our company's IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our systems from cyber threats
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications
• Deploy updates and patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies to enhance our systems and processes
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies
• Identify and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our IT systems are cutting-edge and efficient

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining servers, networks, and systems in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services, such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or CompTIA A+, are a plus
