Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems to identify and report any defects or issues
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure proper testing procedures are in place
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not impact existing functionality
Document and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner
Conduct performance and load testing to identify and address any performance bottlenecks
Participate in the release process by reviewing release notes, conducting final testing, and providing sign-off for production deployments
Continuously monitor and improve the overall quality of our products and services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing tools and test management systems
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
