Job Overview: As an Information Security Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategies and solutions to protect their sensitive data and information from cyber threats. You will be responsible for evaluating our clients' current security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for improvement. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and developments to ensure that our clients' systems are always protected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security risks
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines for our clients
• Provide recommendations to enhance the security posture of our clients' systems and networks
• Perform security audits and compliance checks to ensure that our clients are adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and processes
• Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees to educate them on cybersecurity best practices
• Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential risks
• Prepare and present reports to clients on the status of their security systems and any identified vulnerabilities
• Assist with the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a consulting role
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
