Position: Web3 Developer
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $115 Per hour

As a Web3 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge decentralized applications on the blockchain. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that leverage the power of Web3 technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop decentralized applications using Web3 protocols such as Ethereum, Polkadot, and Cosmos
- Implement smart contracts and integrate them with front-end applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing applications and implement solutions to improve performance and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Web3 technology, and propose new ideas for improving our products
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Continuously optimize and improve the user experience of our decentralized applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Web3 technology and blockchain
- Strong understanding of Web3 protocols, such as Ethereum, Polkadot, and Cosmos
- Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Rust
- Experience with smart contract development and integration with front-end applications
- Knowledge of decentralized storage solutions, such as IPFS and Filecoin
- Familiarity with decentralized identity and authentication protocols, such as OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Experience with web development frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
