Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional testing on software products and document any defects or bugs found
Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts for new and existing features
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies
Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our products
Identify and troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
Communicate test results and provide recommendations to the product team for improvements
Continuously evaluate and enhance the testing process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to software testing
Assist with user acceptance testing and provide support for production releases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a functional testing role
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with manual and automated testing, including writing and executing test cases and scripts
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
