Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing digital systems to support our organization's operations and strategic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Design and develop new digital systems, applications, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams
• Test and troubleshoot digital systems to ensure functionality and usability
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on digital systems and applications
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends and technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and upgrades
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within digital systems
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of digital systems with existing systems and applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, databases, and data management
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
