Salary: $171000 - $208000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards. You will be responsible for identifying potential security risks and developing and implementing measures to mitigate them. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the company's compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity compliance program.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Respond to security incidents and provide guidance on remediation actions.
• Assist with third-party audits and assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent understanding of security controls and measures.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
