Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Software Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our software systems and applications. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software meets the highest performance standards and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct performance testing and analysis of software systems and applications to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Develop and execute performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts to evaluate the performance of our software.

Monitor and analyze system performance in real-time, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with the development team to implement performance improvements and optimizations.

Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting to track software performance over time.

Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team on performance-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance requirements are met throughout the development and testing process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of years of experience as a Software Performance Analyst or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.

Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
