Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, to deliver high-quality software products within the given timeline.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional team members to understand project requirements and design and implement software solutions that meet those requirements.
Develop and maintain software codebase, ensuring high-quality and best coding practices are followed.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team members to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide status updates to the project stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and propose solutions to address them.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software engineering and guide the team in implementing them.
Lead and participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in software development, with at least years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Proficient in software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in designing and developing scalable, distributed systems is a plus.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products within the given timeline.
