Job Title: NLP Developer
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
Salary: $107 Per hour
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NLP Developer to join our team and help us enhance our natural language processing capabilities. As an NLP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing NLP solutions that will improve our product offerings. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our NLP models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain NLP models and algorithms to extract insights from large amounts of data
- Design and implement NLP solutions for various use cases, such as sentiment analysis, text classification, and information extraction
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into our existing products
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and related fields
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of NLP models and make necessary improvements
- Develop and maintain tools and processes for data preprocessing, cleaning, and annotation
- Communicate and present complex NLP concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NLP development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, and TensorFlow
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in computer science, linguistics, or a related field
- Experience with deep learning techniques for NLP, such as RNNs and Transformers
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Published research papers or contributions to open-source NLP projects
