Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define business requirements for AI/ML solutions
Research, design, and implement innovative machine learning and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing
Use a variety of programming languages and tools to build and deploy machine learning models and applications
Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into our solutions
Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to identify and resolve issues with data quality and integrity
Monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary improvements to optimize performance
Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI/ML development within the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Extensive knowledge of data processing, data mining, and data analysis techniques
Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and algorithms commonly used in machine learning
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
