Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems and enhance our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and define project requirements.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and techniques to identify potential opportunities for our company.
Design, develop, and test AI/ML models using various programming languages and tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure efficient and accurate data processing and model training.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models and make necessary improvements to optimize their accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI/ML models into our products and services.
Communicate project progress and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document code, processes, and project findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and experience working with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions and meeting project deadlines.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
