Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understanding business needs
Design, develop, and maintain data solutions that align with business goals and objectives
Create data models and database schemas to support data storage and retrieval
Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for maximum performance
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in a timely manner
Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place to protect sensitive information
Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing techniques to maintain data accuracy
Develop and maintain documentation for data systems, processes, and procedures
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data management and analytics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data development or a similar role
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles
Experience with ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Familiarity with data warehousing and data integration techniques
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview, is a plus
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java, is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
