Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior ETL Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data warehouse and ETL processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data for our business intelligence and analytics needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development, data warehousing, and experience in working with large, complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data models.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and data quality.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, database administrators, and developers, to support data-driven decision making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ETL and data warehouse technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms, such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data integration best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
