Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data integration solutions. You will work closely with our data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure the efficient and accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into our data warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development, data warehousing, and data modeling, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into ETL specifications
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement solutions to address them
• Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and business rules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ETL processes and data quality, ensuring timely resolution to meet project deadlines
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data models
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ETL tools and technologies, making recommendations for improvement and optimization of our data solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development, preferably in a data warehousing environment
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing principles, and data modeling techniques
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Unix shell scripting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
