Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our business analysts and data analysts to understand the data requirements and translate them into ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
• Collaborate with business analysts and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data mapping documents, data validation scripts, and other technical documentation
• Perform data profiling and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
• Optimize and tune ETL processes for better performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Work closely with database administrators to ensure the integrity and security of data
• Keep up-to-date with the latest ETL tools and technologies and make recommendations for process improvements
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of ETL processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with data modeling and data integration best practices
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
