Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise-level ETL processes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing data integration solutions that will support our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate ETL solutions.
• Develop ETL processes using industry standard tools and technologies such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
• Design and implement complex data mappings and transformations to load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Build and maintain data models and data dictionaries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data quality or ETL performance.
• Monitor ETL jobs and proactively identify and resolve any failures or errors.
• Develop and maintain ETL documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and train junior ETL developers and provide guidance on best practices and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ETL tools and technologies and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
