Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
Design and implement data integration solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ETL processes and procedures
Monitor and optimize ETL performance to ensure efficient and timely data delivery
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools related to ETL development
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles
Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
Experience working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Familiarity with data modeling and data integration design patterns
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
