Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to drive data-driven decision making within our organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative analytical solutions to tackle complex business challenges. You will also play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts in developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain data models to support predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions to address their business challenges.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a data science or analytics team.
• Strong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the field of data science, preferably in a business setting.
