Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop ML solutions.
Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
Implement data pipelines and data preprocessing techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of data used for training and testing ML models.
Conduct thorough data analysis and experimentation to evaluate the performance of ML models and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields, and proactively apply new techniques and tools to enhance our ML solutions.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
Develop tools and frameworks for automating the training, testing, and deployment of ML models.
Communicate complex ML concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Sound knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts underlying machine learning algorithms.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
