Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze data to prepare it for model training.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
• Implement and maintain scalable machine learning systems in production.
• Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply the latest techniques to improve model accuracy.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
• Experience with deep learning and computer vision.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Experience with software development and version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
