Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning techniques for data preparation.
• Build and maintain scalable and efficient AI/ML infrastructure to support model deployment.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to improve model performance.
• Monitor and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and create AI/ML solutions that meet those requirements.
• Document code, processes, and results for future reference and reproducibility.
• Continuously improve and optimize AI/ML solutions to ensure high-quality and efficient performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning techniques.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
