Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our company's DevOps strategy, including automation, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and implement improvements to our software delivery pipelines.
Design and implement tools and processes to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Monitor and maintain system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve our DevOps processes.
Document and communicate DevOps processes and best practices to the development and operations teams.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, or Datadog.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
