Position: DevSecOps Engineer

Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient systems and processes for our organization. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our software development lifecycle is secure and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient systems and processes for our organization.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our software development lifecycle is secure and efficient.
• Implement and maintain automated security tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends and implement appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve and optimize our security processes and procedures.
• Participate in the development and deployment of new products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevSecOps or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with security testing and vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security, etc.) are a plus.
