Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user needs and develop technical solutions that address them
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages and tools
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure its functionality and performance
Continuously identify and implement improvements to existing software systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development to enhance our products and services
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
Act as a mentor to junior developers and provide guidance on technical issues and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++) and experience with related frameworks and tools
Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with database management and SQL
Good understanding of front-end development and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies
